Steven Bartlett spent £13k of his investor’s money to install a giant blue slide in his office. It generated so much media interest that he called it the best marketing decision he’s ever made.
Why was it so effective? Well, instead of telling people they were doing things differently, it showed them. The story is also easy to remember and retell.
We are working with a client with a ‘gone-private’ wall of fame in their office. The collage details the buyouts and realised performance of microcaps they held in their portfolio.
What does this show their audience without having to tell them?
They are microcap specialists
They have a differentiated performance driver
They are passionate and proud about what they do
They don't take themselves too seriously
They are transparent
All communicated in a picture with a handful of words.
What’s your blue slide? And will you make it a talking point?
